Turalogin provides email-based authentication services including:

  • Magic link authentication
  • One-time password (OTP) verification
  • API endpoints for authentication flows
  • Dashboard for managing applications and API keys
  • Usage analytics and logging

3. Account Registration

To use Turalogin, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your API keys confidential and secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications through our service

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of the Turalogin API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if you exceed these limits or engage in abusive behavior.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TURALOGIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turalogin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
